Terrazzo & Marble Rebranding

Dear Valued Customers,

Terrazzo & Marble Supply Companies is proud to announce the launch of our new company logo. Our business has grown and evolved over the past 75 years, and as we just became 100% employee owned, we felt it was time for a change. This logo shift represents a commitment to our brands ongoing evolution.

We are proud of our rich history, which is why we incorporated a shade of our “teal” for coloring. Our teal represents all the sweat equity that has been put into this company from day one which makes us who we are today. We added some diamond faced lines that represent images of stone slabs and also to reflect on our architectural value that each of our stone and terrazzo divisions represent on the many elaborate projects that have been facilitated.

This wasn’t a decision that was made lightly. There were months of hard work and input that was taken into consideration from everyone here at Terrazzo & Marble. The main goal was to have a logo that matched our products, our culture and the exciting future ahead of us. Additionally, this logo is a commitment to our customers and community that we are devoted to delivering the best products and services the industry has to offer.

In the upcoming months we have to update all of our marketing literature, online presence, material, etc with the new logo. We are aware that changing a logo is a process that can involve many steps and take some time, so we will finalize everything gradually. Introducing the Marmoker Series by Casalgrande

In years past, the popular choice for tile has always been Marble and Granite, continually leaving Porcelain in the dark. However, in today’s world, the sun is beaming down and the spotlight has never shined brighter on this wonderful Porcelain tile. More fashionable than ever, we have watched this “ugly” duckling grow up to be the most beautiful swan of all!

The most popular Porcelain tiles are those that mimic the organic beauty found in natural stone. The Marmoker Series is just our latest addition to the Casalgrande Collection. Simply put, this tile is elegantly crafted to resemble the true beauty found in the ever so popular marble stone.

The advantage of Porcelain tile is it’s extreme durability coupled with very low maintenance care. You don’t have to worry about staining or scratching due to the fact that this tile is not as soft or porous as natural stone. With Porcelain tile you get the best of both worlds!

With the capability to be used on both flooring and wall coverings, we are proud to announce that we are stocking 7 different colors, one of which you’re sure to fall in love with, that are available in 12″x 24” tiles with your choice of a polished or matte finish.

My Friends,

It gives me great pleasure to share with you some very exciting news regarding Terrazzo & Marble Supply Companies. On February 1^st, 2016 T&M officially became 100% employee owned, providing us the framework of success for generations to come. Our transition to 100% ESOP is just the latest chapter in our remarkable story that began over 75 years ago. Our ESOP journey began in 1997 when I was investigating ways to ensure my mother a stable future in her advancing age. I saw this plan as a unique long term option for my family’s legacy by offering a 30% share of T&M’s stock to our employees. My vision was to join the ranks of many other great companies that shared the same goal of one day becoming 100% employee owned.

The most common question asked over the past two weeks has been – What does this mean for Jody Rotondo? It’s an honor to say that I will be performing the same duties as I have in the past, to help guide an already experienced management team into new and exciting directions, while maintaining our same principles that got us to where we are today. My passion in life is to make this company stronger every day and to provide the best products and customer service the industry has to offer. It brings me great comfort knowing that the company I grew up loving is in the very best hands, our wonderful employee owners.

I would like to take this opportunity to mention that this day could not be made possible without the likes of some great individuals, which I truly feel built the foundation of this wonderful company. I would like to give praise to those of: Joe Neitlich, Bill Byers, Jerry Beckley, Willie Schneider and most of all, my father John Rotondo, who taught me to always strive to be the best you can be for yourself and our company.

In closing, our employee owners would like to welcome any questions you may have as we strive together to make this company and community stronger each and every day.
